*Current 1 month pay stub
*Past 2 Years W2's and taxes / 1040's
*Last 2 months of bank statements
*Copy of photo ID or Driver License
*Copy of Social Security Cards
HOME REFINANCE
*Current 1 month pay stub
*Past 2 Years W2's and taxes / 1040's
*Last 2 year's end of year pay stub
*Last 2 month's bank statements
*Last quarterly 401k statment and last year's ending statement
*Current mortgage statements for all properties
*Copy of all properties' home owner's insurance policies
*Copy of photo ID or Driver License
*Copy of Social Security Cards
